📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlets, ensuring they meet company standards and goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of service and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal operations.
• Conduct regular audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
