As the Event Activation Manager, your daily mission is to bring our vision to life by planning and executing high-energy events that showcase the best of Bali’s culture, food, and entertainment. You’ll work closely with our team of experts to create immersive experiences that blend local traditions with cutting-edge event design. Whether it’s a corporate gala, a music festival, or a sports tournament, you’ll be at the helm, ensuring every detail is perfect.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute high-energy events, from corporate galas to music festivals and sports tournaments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop and implement event strategies that align with the brand’s vision and guest expectations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Oversee event marketing and promotional activities to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Monitor event metrics and provide insights to continuously improve future events.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Lead a team of event coordinators and support staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, with a track record of successful event execution.
• Proven experience in planning and executing high-profile events in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive in Bali.
