As a Field Sales Agent, you’ll engage directly with local businesses, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions. You’ll also participate in promotional activities, ensuring our products are visible and appealing to potential clients. With a competitive salary of PHP 18,000 - 20,000 per month, this role offers a unique blend of sales challenges and rewards, all within the stunning backdrop of Bali.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Acquire new clients through direct engagement and relationship building.
- Promote company products and services through various marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify business needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Participate in promotional activities and events.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using sales CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for travel and a passion for Bali’s business community.
