📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for enhancement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to facilitate their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
