📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute high-performance digital marketing campaigns across Paid Social and SEM channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to the team.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Report on campaign performance to stakeholders and present findings to the executive team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Social and SEM.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results and maximizing ROI.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
