📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.,Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff.,Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery procedures.,Manage and maintain system documentation and change management processes.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.,Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
