📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
