📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage the store's inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and organized.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
