📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and policies.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in the management of applicant data and tracking recruitment metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
