As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for managing and executing banquet events, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, staffing, and logistics.,Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.,Clean and prepare banquet areas for events, including setting up and tearing down tables and decor.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting any shortages.,Stay updated on company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
