In your daily work, you'll be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing product listings on platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia, handling accounting tasks using QuickBooks, and assisting with inventory management. You'll also play a key role in maintaining our company's compliance with international trade regulations, ensuring smooth operations and growth in the competitive K-Beauty market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions for K-Beauty products, working closely with international partners and local teams
• Manage product listings and inventory on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia
• Assist with accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting using QuickBooks
• Support operations by managing supplier relationships, ordering, and inventory management
• Assist in maintaining compliance with international trade regulations and import/export requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners, addressing their needs and concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the K-Beauty market

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia is a plus
• Basic knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with knowledge of Korean is a plus
