📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to track client interactions, manage leads, and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide regular reports and updates to clients on service performance.
• Identify and address client concerns and issues promptly.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of client management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management or customer service roles.
• Proven experience using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of the human resources industry is a plus.
