DRIFT Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for driving excellence in this field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of fleet usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Provide support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with third-party service providers, such as fuel suppliers and maintenance vendors.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet-related matters.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet coordinators and other staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
