Web Moon Sentosa is seeking a talented Deputy Head Chef to join our team. As the second-in-command in our kitchen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of our culinary operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency in all dishes.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Oversee inventory management and cost control.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
