📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth running of the kitchen and service areas.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure excellent service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
