📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Organize team-building activities and events,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures,Provide administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Tetum,Familiarity with HR software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
