📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
