📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers, ensuring project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Create detailed design drawings and 3D models using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concepts to final execution, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the design is accurately implemented.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior designers within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proven experience using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
