📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests,Maintain accurate guest records and check-in/check-out procedures,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner,Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks,Perform other duties as assigned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Familiarity with computer software and basic office equipment,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
