📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.,Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with coffee shop operations and industry standards is a plus.
