Materials & Logistics Manager - Manufacturing Leadership Role

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in materials management and logistics. You will leverage tools like SAP ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline processes and improve inventory accuracy. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will drive initiatives to enhance our supply chain resilience and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Manage inventory levels using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools like SAP.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply chain costs and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in materials and logistics management.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to align supply chain activities with production schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in materials and logistics management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
