📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver packages and documents to customers in Tangerang Selatan using our fleet of motorcycles.
• Use AstroTrack to manage and track deliveries, ensuring you are always on the right route.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and timely deliveries.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating our vehicles.
• Report any issues or delays in deliveries to your supervisor immediately.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Uphold the values and standards of Astro Indonesia in all aspects of your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a motorcycle courier or similar role.
• Valid SIM A motorcycle driver's license.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages up to 15kg.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with delivery management systems, such as AstroTrack, is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
