Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of all branches, ensuring that they adhere to our operational standards and quality guidelines.Develop and implement strategies for the expansion of our branch network across Indonesia.Manage and mentor regional managers, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed.Monitor branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Ensure that all branches are fully compliant with local and national regulations.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in leading and growing branch networks.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement long-term business strategies.Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.🛠️ Keahlian
