📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring patient health status.,Managing a team of nurses, delegating tasks, and ensuring high standards of patient care are maintained.,Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve clinical skills and knowledge.,Promoting a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical or hospital setting.,Current and valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience in managing a team of nurses is a plus.
