📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
