📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily activities of our fleet, including drivers and vehicles
• Utilize advanced tracking systems and real-time data to optimize routes and schedules
• Coordinate with dispatch team, drivers, and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Train and develop drivers to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to maintain high standards of safety and reliability
• Analyze and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, MyFleet, or similar
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus
