📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve specialty coffees, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Promote Cafe Excelso’s brand and products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role, preferably in a café or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
