📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and rectify issues with hotel equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to address guest concerns and ensure a high standard of service.
• Participate in emergency response procedures to minimize downtime and ensure guest safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certifications in electrical safety, fire safety, or HVAC systems are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
