📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure timely and efficient service during meals and events
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area
• Assist in managing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for customer service
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual (English and Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus
