As a Collection Manager at UOB in Bali, you will play a crucial role in the bank's debt recovery process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, setting and achieving recovery targets.
• Implement and monitor recovery strategies, including negotiations, legal actions, and debt settlements.
• Conduct regular reviews of delinquent accounts to assess recovery potential and recommend appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to manage legal actions and settlements.
• Utilize Salesforce and other banking software to track and manage delinquent accounts.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of delinquent accounts and recovery progress.
• Ensure compliance with UOB's policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the collections team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt collection or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international debt collection laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in debt collection or financial management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
